These Terms apply to your use of the StockSense website and the features, information, tools, content, and services made available through it.

By accessing StockSense, creating an account, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them.

If you use StockSense on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

StockSense is an investment research and financial education platform focused on making stock market information easier to access and understand.

Features may include market and security information, company research, educational resources, broker information, watchlists, portfolio tools, and AI-powered functionality such as Signal.

Some features may be available publicly, while others may require a StockSense account.

StockSense provides information for educational, informational, and research purposes only.

Nothing available through StockSense constitutes individualized investment advice, financial advice, brokerage services, investment management, a recommendation to buy or sell a security, or an offer or solicitation to enter into a securities transaction.

StockSense does not know your complete financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax position, liquidity needs, or other factors that may be relevant to an investment decision.

You remain solely responsible for evaluating any investment and for deciding whether to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in a security.

Where appropriate, users should consider obtaining advice from a qualified financial, legal, tax, or investment professional before making financial decisions.

StockSense may use artificial intelligence to explain market information, answer questions, summarize data, perform calculations, and help users understand investing concepts.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, ambiguous, or based on an incorrect interpretation of available data. Generated responses should not be treated as independently verified facts merely because they are presented by StockSense.

Users should verify important information, especially before making financial decisions. You must not rely on an AI-generated response as a substitute for professional financial advice or independent research.

StockSense displays and processes market information obtained from or derived from external sources, including information associated with GSE Inc. and financegy.

Market information may be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable, or affected by errors in source data, transmission, processing, or interpretation.

While StockSense aims to present useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that prices, trade information, company data, historical information, calculations, or other market information will always be current, complete, or error-free.

Users should confirm material market information with appropriate primary or official sources before relying on it.

Certain StockSense features require an account. Authentication and account management are provided using Clerk. Depending on the authentication option you choose, third-party identity providers such as Google may also be involved.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the accounts, devices, email addresses, and third-party identities used to access StockSense.

You agree to provide accurate information where required and not to impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

You should contact us promptly if you believe your StockSense account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

StockSense may allow users to save watchlisted securities or enter portfolio information such as securities, quantities of shares, and purchase prices.

Portfolio values, returns, allocations, and related calculations may be produced using user-provided information and available market data.

These features are intended for informational, tracking, and educational purposes only. They do not establish legal ownership of securities and are not brokerage, custody, accounting, or official record-keeping services.

StockSense does not execute securities transactions and does not hold securities or investment funds on behalf of users.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the portfolio information they enter is accurate.

You may use StockSense only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Circumvent authentication, authorization, rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful material.
• Use automated systems to scrape, extract, or reproduce substantial portions of StockSense in a manner that disrupts the service or violates applicable rights.
• Misrepresent StockSense content, data, or AI-generated information as official investment advice.
• Use the platform to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, or facilitate fraud or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with portions of the service except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

The StockSense platform, its original software, branding, interface, design, educational materials, written content, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party data, company names, trademarks, logos, market information, and other external materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

Your access to StockSense gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of StockSense or any third-party content to you.

StockSense may rely on, integrate with, or link to third-party services, data sources, websites, authentication providers, and technical infrastructure.

These services may include Clerk, Google, financegy, GSE-related information sources, and other infrastructure or service providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and operating practices. StockSense does not control and is not responsible for third-party services merely because they are linked to or integrated with the platform.

We may add, modify, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features of StockSense as the platform develops.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, network issues, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control.

We may also change data providers, AI systems, authentication providers, infrastructure, or other underlying technologies where reasonably necessary to operate or improve StockSense.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to StockSense where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other users, third parties, or our legal rights.

This may include situations involving suspected abuse, unauthorized access, security threats, fraudulent activity, material violations of these Terms, or unlawful use of the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StockSense is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that all information available through the platform will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Investing involves risk. Security prices and market conditions can change, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Users may lose some or all of the money they invest.

Information, calculations, educational content, AI responses, portfolio values, and market data available through StockSense should be independently evaluated before being relied upon.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StockSense and those involved in providing or operating the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses associated with investment decisions, market movements, inaccurate or delayed data, AI-generated content, loss of data, service interruptions, unauthorized account access, or reliance on information displayed through StockSense.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of StockSense, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of StockSense will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Guyana, unless another forum is required by law.

We may update these Terms as StockSense evolves, new features are introduced, or legal, operational, or technical requirements change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of StockSense after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.
