Banks DIH Holdings Inc. is the holding company for a diversified Guyanese group. Through its group companies, its activities include the manufacture and distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food processing and restaurant operations, commercial banking, automotive sales and services, hotel and laundry operations, and related services. The holding company was incorporated in January 2023 as part of a reorganisation of the Banks DIH group.
